CiteFlow is a Moroccan company specializing in AI visibility auditing and Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) services for businesses.

2. Purpose of Services

CiteFlow provides AI visibility audit and GEO optimization services. The audit service analyzes a company's presence in responses generated by AI engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI, Mistral Le Chat, etc.) and delivers a personalized optimization plan.

Currently available services are provided free of charge as part of a beta testing phase. No contractual commitment is associated with this offer.

3. Free Service Access Conditions

• The user must provide a valid email address to receive audit results
• The user must be the owner or authorized representative of the company being audited
• The same user may not submit multiple audits for the same company within 30 days
• CiteFlow reserves the right to limit access to the service if abuse is detected

4. Acceptable Use

The user agrees not to:

• Perform automated or mass queries (scraping, bots, mass scripts)
• Attempt to bypass service protection or rate-limiting measures
• Use audit results to feed competing databases or third-party tools without authorization
• Redistribute or sell audit reports to third parties
• Audit companies for which you are not the owner or authorized representative

CiteFlow reserves the right to immediately suspend any access in case of violation of these conditions.

5. Intellectual Property

CiteFlow retains all intellectual property rights over:

• The audit methodology and scoring algorithms
• Generated audit reports (structure, analysis method, recommendations)
• The llms.txt report generated for the client
• Tools, interfaces, and content of citeflow.ma

The user receives a non-exclusive license to use audit results for their own company's needs. This license may not be transferred, sub-licensed, or sold to third parties.

6. Pricing and Payment

Current services: All services are currently provided free of charge as part of CiteFlow's development phase. No payment is required.

Future paid services: Pricing, payment, and invoicing terms will be added to these terms upon launch of paid services. Users will be notified by email at least 30 days before new pricing terms take effect.

7. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "AS IS" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied.

CiteFlow does not guarantee:

• That audit results accurately reflect the actual AI visibility situation
• That implementing recommendations will improve visibility scores
• That AI engines will cite the company after optimization
• That the service will be continuously available or uninterrupted

In no event shall CiteFlow be liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities.

8. Personal Data Protection

Collection and processing of personal data is governed by our Data Protection Policy, in compliance with Law 09-08 on personal data protection.

By using the service, the user consents to the collection and processing of their data in accordance with this policy.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms of service are governed by Moroccan law.

In case of dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before any legal proceedings. Failing agreement, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of the Kingdom of Morocco.

10. Changes to Terms

CiteFlow reserves the right to modify these terms of service at any time. Modifications will be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.

For users with an active account, an email notification will be sent in case of substantial changes.
